Terms of Service

1.) Payment will be sent over PayPal scaled to match USD. If PayPal is not available to the commissioner, a payment method will be secured and decided upon before work will begin.

2.) Payment will be sent after the sketch is completed and approved by the commissioner for a vtuber-art-only commission. For full-package art-and-rigging, payment will be sent after the art is complete (before the rigging stage).

3.) The commissioner can request updates on the work's progress at any time, though updates will be sent regularly regardless. If questions regarding decisions that need the be made are not responded to, progress on work may be halted until a response is given.

4.) Revisions to the artwork will be accepted during the sketch phase only. Minor edits can be requested at any stage, however large sweeping changes to the artwork or rigging will be charged extra for hours spent.​

5.) A deadline, if required, must be at least one month after work has started and must be agreed upon by the commissioner and the commissioned at the beginning of contact.

6.) The price for the final product must be agreed upon at the beginning of contact. For a full-package, If the commissioner needs to pay in segments over a span of time payment will be requested during the sketch, artwork, and rigging phases.

7.) There will be no refunds or cancellations following the completion of the sketch phase. However, the artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If services are refused by the artist following payment, then payment WILL be issued back in full. (TLDR: After I complete work for you, especially if I have sent it over already or have spent many hours of my time, you can't walk out and request a refund. However, if for whatever reason I have to abandon all my work and hours spent and cease working with you, I will send any payment you have sent to me back to you. This is just to protect me in case of emergency.)

8.) Credit must be given on the commissioner's social media pages, preferably with links included.

9.) Upon completion of work, commercial rights are fully transferred to the commissioner.

10.) These Terms of Service are agreed to automatically upon requesting service.
